Here is our high-quality menu of 9 tastings:
1. Xôi Gà (Michelin Guide 2026)- Tender shredded chicken served over fragrant sticky rice, topped with crispy shallots and a secret savory sauce.
2. Gỏi Đu Đủ -papaya salad, originally offered in our tour since 2018, includes long strands of thinly cut green papaya, roasted peanuts, black beef jerky, a wonderful addition of sliced Vietnamese coriander, and finally a handful of extra crispy fritters, fried shrimp crackers, on the very top. *fresh, yummy and must-try.
3. Bò kho – Vietnamese beef stew with glass noodles, slow-cooked with carrots and herbs in a rich, flavorful, bright-red broth, garnished with a handful of green onions, cilantro, sliced white onions, and a dash of pepper.
4. Bánh Xèo – Sizzling Mekong pancake, a specialty served at a Chinatown restaurant with over 25 years of history. We also have Vietnamese fried spring rolls here.
5. Ốc Đào (Michelin Guide 2023 – 2025) – At this famous seafood restaurant, we’ll taste spicy Thai-style steamed clams and large, fire-grilled scallops topped with roasted peanuts and scallion oil, served with an ice-cold local beer.
6. Chè – Vietnamese sweet soup or Flan Cake With Coconut Milk
All local Vietnamese street food-stalls have Government Safe Food Certificate.
