3. “Bò nướng sả” Khmer secret recipe for lemongrass grilled minced beef
4. “Bánh Cuốn”: Fresh spring rolls, rice rolls stuffed with minced pork and tree ear mushrooms are impossibly light and fluffy, and they are usually made to order *once taste it, soon fall in love with very light but flavorful and earthy rolls.
5. Vietnamese pizza: a good combination of melted butter, cheese, egg and Vietnamese sausage
6. “Bò lá lốt”: a popular Vietnamese dish consisting of seasoned ground beef wrapped in fragrant betel leaves
7. “Bánh Mì“: The Vietnamese most well-known baguette in the world with Vietnamese sausage, butter, meat,.. in traditional way

Group Traveller

We are a group of 26 guests visiting Vietnam for a business trip, and we booked the tour directly on the website for a discount. They responded immediately, and the tour was exceptionally well planned. Our guides, Kris, Kelly, Harry, Daniel, and John, were extremely knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed their fabulous commentary about Vietnam. They also enjoyed learning a bit more about Australia. Their English was excellent, making them easy to understand. The food was wonderful, and we appreciated that it was a walking tour, allowing us to walk off the calories we consumed throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

Solo Traveller

Firstly, I did this tour solo and booked for 2 people. Any solo travellers – this is incredibly worthwhile. Harry was incredibly accomodating, and really richly embodied young Vietnam. He knew what he was talking about, and you’ll eat some unbelievable food on this tour. We went from nearby my hotel (the opera house) on a 4 hour explore around Vietnam, finding banana rice, hot soup, and many snacks and a banh mi. Having someone who can speak Vietnamese is invaluable for exploring the streets.
