Ho Chi Minh City Street Food Walking Tour Emma was our tour guide. We were very lucky to have her. Emma was very energetic, knowledgeable, professional, personable and engaging through out the whole tour. We all had a great time and tasted some wonderful local food. Absolutely fantastic experience and wonderful guides We had an absolutely fantastic food tour by bike with Top Notch in Ho Chi Minh City. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! A huge thank you to our wonderful guides Kelly, Kevin, Michael and Nam. They were all friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive. We felt completely safe riding through the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City, and they made the whole experience relaxed, fun and enjoyable. The food was amazing, and we loved being taken to local places that we would never have discovered on our own. Our two favourites were Bò Kho and Bánh Xèo — both were absolutely delicious! 😋 We also really enjoyed learning about the local food, culture and way of life from our guides along the way. What really made the tour special, though, was the guides. Kelly, Kevin, Michael and Nam were fantastic hosts — their enthusiasm, humour and genuine hospitality made us feel like we were exploring the city with friends rather than simply joining a tour. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh City, we highly recommend Top Notch’s bike food tour. It’s a fantastic way to see the city, eat great food and experience the local culture from a completely different perspective. C’est la deuxième fois que nous faisons ce tour en famille et avec nos enfants, et c’était une fois de plus génial. Peter et ses amis nous ont fait découvrir des lieux de Saigon que nous n’aurions pas pu connaître par nous-même. Ils nous ont fait goûter à des plats originaux locaux. Ils nous ont appris beaucoup et sont vraiment sympa. Et le tour en moto dans les rues de la ville est tout simplement génial. Vraiment une belle équipe et un excellent food tour ! One of the best street food experience The experience is wonderful. you get to go to places only local knows and enjoy motorbike riding thought the street of the city. The best street food tour in Ho Chi Minh City, without exception. Kelly and Andy’s street food tour was more than just a way to show tourists the best local places to eat. They are true ambassadors for Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. Not only did we get a taste of the local cuisine (10 magnificent dishes in total), but we also got a taste of the local culture in a way that only a native of this beautiful country could help us discover. Even a brief, torrential downpour halfway through the tour didn't dampen the experience. Kelly kindly bought us all ponchos and guided us to a dry place, while Andy waited and hand-delivered our food afterwards. OMG Jon (Dung), Linh and Loc were truly amazing. Super hospitable, warm and welcoming. I love how they know to carefully explain all of the simple things , which could be new to foreigners, when it comes to customs and the way of life in Vietnam. I also love the explanation of the food culture and why the names for the dishes as well. This was a very well thought out and truly amazing food tour. Not only did I leave with my stomach completely full but also I felt like I was able to connect with the tour host as if we had known each other already. Jon (Dung) is super funny and all of the host were always laughing with us, making jokes and smiling which is super important. Walking food tour My wife and I spent a delightful afternoon with our guide Emma, she was informative, attentive and safe, which was greatly appreciated in the chaotic neighborhood traffic, we did the 1:00pm tour which included more than enough food to satisfy even the hungriest for both lunch and diner. An excellent food tour in Ho Chi Minh City that we really enjoyed. Emma and Will are very serious, dynamic, and professional. They are excellent drivers, very attentive, careful, and confident. Jeanne: It was my first time riding a motorbike, at 70 years old, but Emma reassured me and I really enjoyed it. They treated us to delicious meals, juices, and desserts (10 in total). Highly recommend if you’re new to HCM Such a fantastic food tour! Kelly picked us up from our hotel, and then we walked across to our first stop. We made a total of 6 stops with 4x mains, 2x desserts, 3x snacks and 1x drink. Most dishes were local, unique and new to us, and all super delicious. We really loved our tour! We were 3 and we had one scooter driver and guide each which was fantastic. Ricky, Jhon and Bryan were amazing. It was great to discover authentic food from Vietnam and learn everything about Vietnamese life and life at HCMC. My guide was Will and pretty much all the dishes I tried were new! As someone from America who eats Vietnamese regularly it was really great to see the real food in such a convenient manner. Will was easy to talk to through the whole tour and let me into the insights of Vietnam as a whole as well.
