Good introduction to vietnameser food

Rain or Shine: The Tour Goes On
The motorbike tour was immersive, we got to try different food like locals as most spots were mostly where locals eat. Our tour guides, Kelly and Lyn, were very friendly and informative. They shared random facts about the food we ate and some places we passed by. They were also well-prepared, offering us ponchos when it began raining, as well as toothpicks and wipes after eating. The way to experience HCMC local food

I had the best time on this tour! Booked it super last-minute, and they were able to accommodate me for the evening tour. My tour guides were super friendly and attentive, and everything from pickup and drop off was seamless. The food was genuinely incredible and packed with so much flavor my jaw was genuinely on the floor with each stop. Incredible experience!
Lily, our tour guide, was exceptional! Everything planned for our tour was wonderful - I loved learning about the local culture and traditions of the Mekong Delta area/Ben Tre, trying out the delicious food (especially the coconuts!), and cycling through the area. Even when the rain started coming down while rowing down the river, it didn't rain on our parade - what a once-in-a-lifetime experience that was! Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and going along the Mekong Delta. Exceeded my expectations. Whilst we were in some touristy places, we also had a mix of going off the beaten track and experiencing the village area for how it is. Massive thanks to Lily! Wir haben die Tour zu zweit gebucht, mit Mac und Kid als unsere Guides. Die beiden waren top und haben das ganze zu einer hervorragenden Erfahrung gemacht. Sie konnten zu jedem Gericht genau den Hintergrund und die Zutaten erklären,sodass man auch was gelernt hat. Such a brilliant tour! Riding on the bikes was great fun and such a nice way to see the city at night like a local. We had 10 different courses, which was amazing and all street food you would never get to try otherwise. Our guides Ricky and team were so nice as well and made it a great experience! Brian and his entire team were fantastic hosts and tour guides! They were all very engaging, organized, patient, and lots of fun. They made sure we felt comfortable and safe on the motorbikes. And the food we had throughout our tour was plentiful and so delicious! We got to taste lots of food that we haven’t yet tried during our time in Saigon. We had a great time on this tour. Emma and Nam were our guides and they were lovely! They were incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything in detail. It also started raining during the tour, and they thoughtfully helped us with raincoats so we could continue enjoying ourselves. They drove very safely and smoothly, which made us feel at ease throughout the ride. We ate a lot of new dishes that we wouldnt have discovered otherwise and got to see more of the non-touristy districts as well. This was 5 hour tour that will have your stomach bursting by the end of it. Linh and Will were our tour guide, who were amazing! I had amazing conversations with both and they were so knowledgeable in the dishes that we were eating. The food itself was a great introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. We had a mixture of drinks, food and snacks. They were also accommodating to our dietary needs (I do not eat beef so they changed it to a pork dish). Safety was also a priority, Linh made me feel safe through the tour in a driving sense but also as a person. Although we started as strangers, I felt that we left as friends. I can highly recommend you try this tour especially at the start of your trip in Saigon!
