Meet your guide at your accommodation at 1PM or 5:30 PM (or your requested time after booking) and set off right away on the back of a motorbike. Get ready to experience the insane Vietnam traffic with 9 recommended vegan dishes with Saigon beer in this list:
– “Bún Bò”: World’s famous Saigon noodles soup customized for Vegan
– “Chuối Nướng”: Local grilled bananas with creamy coconut milk.

Coming over District 10 then going off-the-beaten-path and diving into Saigon’s deep-rooted culture. Visit a true maze of the biggest wholesale flower market and a local market inside to have an authentic local experience in hidden alleys by grilling banana crispy crackers and local hangouts that you should not miss out on

Itinerary

Hotel Pickup

Meet your guide at your accommodation at 5:30 PM, and you’ll set off immediately on the back of a motorbike. Be prepared to encounter the bustling Vietnam traffic! The only obstacle between you and some delicious vegan food is the daily challenge of navigating the traffic, but rest assured, your guide is a seasoned driver who will expertly guide you through the bustling streets

Le Van Tam Park

Refresh taste of kumquat coconut or pineapple jam coconut in District 3 and your guides will introduce you to fellow guests joining the food tour. Next, we’ll head to Le Van Tam Park to relish our signature dish, vegan papaya salad or lotus salad, exclusive to our food tour.

Thich Quang Duc Monument

Continuing the journey, you’ll visit the Thich Quang Duc Monument in District 3 and hear the touching story of the monk who self-immolated in protest against Buddhist persecution.

Vo Van Tan street

Uncover Vietnam’s finest culinary gem, Chuoi nuong, grilled banana with coconut milk. Experience the blend of traditional sweet and salty flavors in tropical fruits and coconut milk sauce.

Nguyễn Thiện Thuật Complex

Next stop is Nguyen Thien Thuat Oldest And Huge Apartment Complex. We climb up the the apartment and see how local people live 3-4 generations in a small apartment and understand more about our life and culture. We will have vegan Bun Bo Hue here.

Ho Thi Ky market

The largest flower market in Ho Chi Minh City, also boasts a street food paradise. Sample sweet grilled rice paper at street food Cambodia market. Then we will have vegan Banh Xeo, Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls)

Chinatown

Visit district 10 (apart of China town) to hands on making your own Banh Mi and Vietnamese sweet soup

Drop off

We’ll drop you off at your hotel or the Opera House to conclude the tour.

Such a fun tour to do on day one of our Vietnam holiday! Despite being our fourth time here, this vegan street food tour showed us parts of Ho Chi Minh City that we were unfamiliar with. The food options were exceptional – way more than we could eat (such a shame!), and my garlic intolerance was easily and happily accommodated.
