Saigon is famous for street food, but finding the best spots takes hours of research. We’ll take you straight to food stalls serving southern flavours passed down for generations. To avoid long lines at Michelin-starred restaurants, we offer start times at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM.

Here is our high-quality menu of 9 tastings:
1. Xôi Gà (Michelin Guide 2026)- Tender shredded chicken served over fragrant sticky rice, topped with crispy shallots and a secret savory sauce.
2. Gỏi Đu Đủ –papaya salad, originally offered in our tour since 2018, includes long strands of thinly cut green papaya, roasted peanuts, black beef jerky, a wonderful addition of sliced Vietnamese coriander, and finally a handful of extra crispy fritters, fried shrimp crackers, on the very top. *fresh, yummy and must-try.
3. Bò kho – Vietnamese beef stew with glass noodles, slow-cooked with carrots and herbs in a rich, flavorful, bright-red broth, garnished with a handful of green onions, cilantro, sliced white onions, and a dash of pepper.
4. Bánh Xèo – Sizzling Mekong pancake, a specialty served at a Chinatown restaurant with over 25 years of history.
5. Chả Giò- Crispy spring rolls with pork, shrimp & veggies, served with fresh herbs and dipping sauce.
6. Ốc Đào (Michelin Guide 2023 – 2025) – At this famous seafood restaurant, we’ll taste large, fire-grilled Scallops topped with roasted peanuts and scallion oil,
7. Nghêu Hấp- Fresh clams steamed in a tangy, spicy Thai broth infused with fresh lemongrass, chili, and aromatic kaffir lime leaves.

9. Chè – Vietnamese sweet soup or Flan Cake With Coconut Milk

The tour typically runs 3.5–4 hours, giving you enough time to visit 2 Michelin-recognized food stops and 3 our signature ones without feeling rushed.
Yes, pickup is available for hotels in Districts 1, 3, 4, and 5 (exact pickup point is confirmed before the tour).
The tour is suitable for most fitness levels, but it’s not recommended for travelers with cardiovascular issues, spinal injuries, or pregnant travelers, since it involves an extended motorbike ride.

Emma and Harry were wonderful guides. They were friendly, easygoing, and full of interesting stories about the city. We explored the back lanes of Ho Chi Minh City’s labyrinth of local eateries. Emma speaks fabulous English and managed us with a sticky rice road crossing method with ease. We met at the Saigon Opera house which was very convenient and easy . On top of having tons of food , we got to walk through the streets and neighborhoods . A lot for your money . Highly recommended.
