Investment Opportunity

To continue expanding and growing the business, Saigon Vibes is currently seeking short term investment partners, with a total funding target of USD 100,000.

The specific terms are as follows. Each investment unit is USD 50,000. The annual return is 4.5%, paid in USD on the total invested capital. Returns are distributed quarterly. The minimum investment commitment period is 2 years. All terms will be formalized through a comprehensive and transparent legal agreement, along with the company’s business registration information.

Use of Funds

The capital raised will be allocated as follows. One percent will be invested in upgrading the website, building content and blog materials, developing an agency partnership with GetYourGuide to earn commission, and training and strengthening the company’s team. The remaining nine percent will be used to open a coffee shop in Ho Tram, serving as a stepping stone for the company to gradually expand into the food and beverage sector within the Ho Tram tourism area, a promising new direction alongside our existing food tour business.

Nguồn vốn kêu gọi sẽ được sử dụng cụ thể như sau. Một phần trăm đầu tư nâng cấp website, xây dựng nội dung và blog, phát triển hợp tác với GetYourGuide theo mô hình agency để nhận hoa hồng, đồng thời đào tạo và nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ nhân sự công ty.
