10/10, the highlight of our Saigon trip. Pac, Jayson and Ricky picked us up right at our hotel and took care of us all night. Their English is really good, so we could ask about every dish and they explained what we were eating and why it mattered. The driving felt safe the whole time, which mattered a lot since it was our first time on motorbikes in Saigon traffic. Ricky set the tone for the night. He made sure everyone was comfortable, kept the group together, and explained each stop so well that we understood the food instead of just eating it. Jayson was so easy to talk to. He made us laugh the entire ride and checked on us constantly so nobody got left behind. Pac was a steady, careful driver. My sister felt completely safe even in heavy traffic, and he still pointed out things we would have missed. By the end it felt like eating out with friends, not a tour. We had a great time on this tour. Emma and Nam were our guides and they were lovely! They were incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything in detail. It also started raining during the tour, and they thoughtfully helped us with raincoats so we could continue enjoying ourselves. They drove very safely and smoothly, which made us feel at ease throughout the ride. We ate a lot of new dishes that we wouldnt have discovered otherwise and got to see more of the non-touristy districts as well. This was our very first food tour in Vietnam and it was incredible, from the convenient hotel pickup to the motorbike ride to the food itself and the wonderful tour guides. C'était une incroyable soirée a manger. C'était vraiment vraiment mais vraiment incroyable. Les guides était tellement sympathique et tellement de bon conducteur. Tous les repas était d'un spectaculaire dégustation. Merci et merci encore. Ne vous prenez pas trop si votre estomac reste plein pour les 2 prochain jours, c'est normal tellement c'était bon. Both our hosts Alex and Michael were super engaging and talked through all the various dishes and their personal hot takes on all of them! Really friendly guys who made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable than just another food tour! The Best Way to Explore the City Like a Local
One of the highlights of my trip! This motorbike tour was such a fun way to explore the city and experience local life. Emma and Harry were wonderful guides. They were friendly, easygoing, and full of interesting stories about the city. They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the ride, and the whole experience felt more like exploring the city with friends than being on a typical tour. An amazing experience for all ages. Kelly and John were knowledgeable, diligent and fun guides, engaging the four children on our tour (aged 8-12). Personalised food tour of Ho Chi Minh City
We had a very personalised tour that catered well for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. We explored the back lanes of Ho Chi Minh City’s labyrinth of local eateries. Awesome street food tour !
What a great experience that was . Our guide Will was super friendly and knowledgeable . We met at the Saigon Opera house which was very convenient and easy . Excellent walking street food tour. Definitely make sure you are hungry! Brian was an great tour guide. His english was very good. Knowledgeable on the foods and background of them. And courteous throughout including getting a flower for my wife and I to celebrate our honeymoon. Comprehensive tour, felt authentic and great value for money including a list of additional spots to try sent after the tour
